About The Position

To represent the company in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone or in person, ensuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or GED is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably one in a front desk/receptionist role is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greets the customer when they come into the company, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Performs designated clerical duties and maintains assigned records, filed, and reports
