About The Position

The Receptionist will be the first “face” that JJE Capital visitors to the corporate office will see. This role is meant to serve as our greeter, host and coordinator providing an exceedingly high standard of customer service with a welcoming, friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in all Microsoft Suite products to include Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
  • Presentation of person to be polished and professional with a warm and friendly personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner ensuring they are comfortably settled; fielding walk-ins appropriately while maintaining security awareness and visitor log.
  • Field all incoming appointments and telephone calls; screen telemarketers, etc. and take messages as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail for all departments along with organizing incoming/outflowing mail with various other company locations.
  • Assist Accounting department with data entry as needed.
  • Helping or organizing bulk mailings when needed.
  • Schedule meetings for Management/book conference rooms as needed and organize catering where appropriate.
  • Order office supplies, stock and monitor restocking needs.
  • Ensure foyer and break room is always clean
  • Help plan and implement social events throughout the organization.
  • Run errands for Management, as needed.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
