About The Position

At Cascade Manor, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy living in the midst of Eugene’s rich arts community with access to vibrant cultural experiences and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression while supporting residents, guests, and team members through excellent customer service and front desk operations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide front desk coverage by greeting residents, guests, and visitors and answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
Assist residents and visitors by providing information and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Support clerical and administrative functions including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and general office organization.
Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring visitors and supporting daily front desk operations.
Deliver excellent customer service while following community policies, safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.
