About The Position

Lia Honda Kingston is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. The Lia Auto Group is one of the top 100 automotive groups in the country, established in 1977 by Bill Lia Sr. The group consists of 21 dealerships throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, offering a variety of manufacturers including Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, Volkswagen, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR). Lia also provides rental and full-body repair services at the Lia Collision Center in Colonie, NY. Requirements

• Previous automotive title clerk experience required
• Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays
• Proficient in dealership management software
• Strong knowledge of state DMV required
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and send to appropriate person
• Meet and greet customers when they walk in
• Alert proper person if customer has an appointment
• Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles
• Verify vehicle information and resolve title issues
• Work closely with sales, finance and accounting departments
• Any other duties assigned by manager
