About The Position

Auberle has evolved into a premier multi-service agency with programs spanning Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Auberle’s mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. Auberle’s Main Campus Receptionist provides the applicable receptionist services for the guests, participants and staff that utilize the main campus facilities daily.

Requirements

Demonstrate computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, Power Point, and the Microsoft Windows platform in general.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to work independently.
Prioritize multiple tasks.
Solve problems.
Follow through assigned tasks.
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate high level communication skills face-to-face, via the phone, by utilizing email etc.
Interact with all guests, participants and staff in a compassionate and professional manner.
Represent and promote Auberle in a professional manner.
Mentor participants as referred by Auberle programs who are interested in learning what a receptionist job entails / requires as a possible career opportunity.
