About The Position

At Land Rover Huntington, our front desk receptionist is more than a greeter — they are the voice and face of our dealership. We're looking for a mature, reliable, and articulate individual who can confidently engage with both walk-in customers and phone callers, accurately route inquiries, and support our sales and service teams with professionalism and poise. Requirements

Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred (ideally in a dealership, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service setting)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills — clear, friendly, and composed
Confidence in working with a diverse clientele and team
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with multi-line phones, Microsoft Office, and general office systems
Dependable, punctual, and polished in appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all dealership guests – in person and over the phone
Professionally manage multi-line phone system: route sales and service calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and ensure a seamless caller experience
Greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Maintain awareness of dealership floor traffic and help manage customer flow
Perform light administrative tasks as needed and assist with internal communications
Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations
Maintain a neat, professional reception area
