About The Position

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls professionally, taking and delivering messages, and providing general administrative and clerical support. This role also involves maintaining front desk procedures and preparing various documents.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years clerical experience
  • Computer and software skills
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call
  • Take and deliver messages
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
