This role is crucial in maintaining the front desk and lobby areas, reflecting the community's commitment to cleanliness and comfort, and acting as a key link in the information chain through mail management and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication.
  • Distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain.
  • Fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource.
  • Maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort.
  • Work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
