This position serves as a Receptionist and Fire Alarm Monitor, responsible for managing the front desk operations at the Puller Veterans Center. The role involves answering a multi-line phone system, transferring calls, monitoring fire alarms and facility cameras, and assisting residents, their families, guests, and visitors. Additionally, the receptionist will sell meal tickets, handle vending machine transactions and refunds, and maintain daily logs of shift activities. This role also includes receiving mail, logging medication, and providing reports to the next shift or coworker. The position may also require assisting the agency in emergency situations.
