Provide customer service, answers and directs phone calls, emails, etc. to the appropriate individuals. This role is part of the Administration Department and reports to the Administrator, Business Office Manager or Designee. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, performing clerical functions, utilizing computer skills, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. The position also involves staying informed about developments in the skilled nursing sector and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
