About The Position

Wimmer Communities - Forest Ridge in Hales Corners is looking for a friendly individual who enjoys working with the senior population and job variety. This position offers a signing bonus and is on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves building relationships with residents, providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining the appearance of common areas.

• Ability to monitor supplies and notify the manager of needs.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with our residents and being part of a positive and motivating team.
• Show off your customer services skills via answering the phone and greeting/interacting with our residents and guests.
• Strengthen your clerical skills by assisting with the creation of calendars, menus, flyers, and bulletin board updates.
• Dabble in various administrative tasks and computer data entry.
• Responsible for upkeeping the appearance of the property’s office, clubhouse, common areas, restrooms, model and vacant units.
• Monitor supplies level and notifies the manager of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required.
• Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager.
