About The Position

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the office, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your role will involve greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and handling various office tasks. We are looking for a candidate who can transition into a permanent position, demonstrating the right skills and attitude.

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and follow up consistently without being prompted.
  • Professional verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-step workflows.
  • Ability to read situations quickly and respond appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing complex calendars with shifting priorities.
  • Event planning skills.
  • Ability to run agendas and take clear, actionable notes.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage the front desk area.
  • Field phone calls and assist local office personnel.
  • Place office supply orders and restock supplies.
  • Coordinate events and manage office communications.
  • Handle mail and FedEx services.
  • Oversee all office nuances such as break rooms, conference rooms, and office space.
  • Provide employees with office access and manage related requests.
