Reporting to the Office Manager, the receptionist is responsible for providing warm, professional and approachable receptionist services as well as accurate and efficient documentation and computer data entry on an ongoing basis. The receptionist is responsible for the reception area for a large long term care facility. They will handle the switchboard, greet the public, book tours and schedule meeting rooms. This role also provides administrative support to the General Manager and the extended management team, and is responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and dealing with deliveries. The receptionist will answer questions from residents and visitors with a high degree of professionalism and cheerfulness, and assist in billings and trust account administration.
