About The Position

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026. Position Summary: The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.

Requirements

• Data entry
• Working knowledge of inpatient rehab
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience
