About The Position

Sev Laser is seeking passionate Front Desk Receptionists for their beauty industry clinics. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making clients look and feel good, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Weekend availability required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly upon entry and exit.
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes.
  • Provide accurate information on treatments, packages, retail, and promotions.
  • Address client questions professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards.
  • Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades.
  • Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement.
  • Maintain familiarity with pricing and promotions.
  • Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments.
  • Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette.
  • Respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
  • Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently.
  • Support scheduling flow and operational updates.
  • Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby.
  • Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed.
  • Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
  • Participate in required service and sales training.
  • Model SEV service standards and professionalism.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Contribute positively to team culture.
