About The Position

The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet guests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and ensure they are connected with the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and customer waiting area.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, and other front office responsibilities.
