Operate multi-line telephone system, directing incoming calls and providing clerical assistance as needed. Answers questions about the organization or community and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Assists the Office Manager/Benefits Contact with tracking applicant flow and ensures application packets are current, presentable and up-to-date.
