About The Position

Greenway Kia Franklin is hiring a Full Time Receptionist with Clerical Duties! The Receptionist sets the tone for our dealership by being the welcoming first impression for our guests. We are looking for a mature, consistently reliable, customer service focused receptionist. This position will also complete administrative duties as assigned such as filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Previous customer service or related experience required
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Excellent telephone skills
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, high volume reception, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
• Is an outstanding listener and information source.
• Helps customers and visitors by interacting with them in a professional, courteous manner and contacting the correct personnel with exceptional customer service.
• Communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customers
• Help the Accounting department with clerical duties
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
