About The Position

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the 3rd floor at Sphere in Burbank. This role is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors, maintaining the reception area, providing information, handling mail and deliveries, and ordering office supplies. The Receptionist will also perform other clerical duties and ensure exceptional guest experiences by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
