About The Position

Kia of Orange Park is looking to hire Receptionists for our dealership. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. This role involves greeting guests, managing calls, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Receptionist experience is required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Detail-oriented
• Time management skills
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas
• Ability to be a team player
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass a complete background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answering incoming calls professionally, determining the nature of the call, and directing the caller to the appropriate individual or department
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
• Assisting with administrative duties including data entry, keeping accurate records, and organizing files/records
