Amoroso Woodridge is a long-term care/short-term rehabilitation facility located in Harrisburg, PA. We are currently looking for an individual to fill our part-time receptionist position. Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a manner that conveys a friendly, caring, interested, helpful, and home-like atmosphere.
• Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver messages.
• Greet visitors and guests and provide direction and/or connection to the right person.
• Ensure there is an ample supply of forms used and make copies as needed.
• Provide clerical support to include: typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping to the Administrator and other Directors, and Nursing Staff.
• Receive and distribute mail, and ensure outgoing mail is mailed daily.
• Develop a system of organization of records and file maintenance, and ensure organized maintenance of the system.
• Attend in-service trainings, applicable staff development events, and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
