The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, managing appointments, and maintaining patient records. This role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency with office technology, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The receptionist will also assist with administrative duties and ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The ability to float to other MACC practices may be required.
