About The Position

Hare Chevrolet is seeking an energetic, people-focused receptionist to redefine the car-buying experience. Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) required.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).
• Must have Saturday availability.

• Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls, determining the nature of their business and directing callers to the appropriate department/destination.
• Serving as the dealership's information specialist to best direct guests accordingly to accommodate their needs.
• Greeting walk-in customers and determining the nature of their visit.
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate department or individual.
• Answering basic inquiries, taking detailed messages, and providing basic information to all callers.
• Communicating with callers and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Communicating messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assisting with clerical duties as requested.
• Performing other duties as determined by management.
