About The Position
Audi San Diego is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is an important front-line guest contact for the dealership and they directly influence guest’s impressions by the way they greet them.
Requirements
- Computer/Administrative experience required.
- Clean Driving record or minimal violations.
Nice To Haves
- Xcel/word experience highly desired.
- Customer service experience highly desired!
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
- Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
- Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
- Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
