Responsibilities

Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work.
Part Time Receptionists work evenings and Saturdays revolving with another Part Time Receptionist. Schedules are published a month in advance.
Monday - Thursday shift 2:30pm - 8:00pm
Friday shift 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Saturday shift 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Flexible 20-25 hour work weeks.
