About The Position

Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) seeking a full-time Receptionist for multiple morning shifts (Monday - Friday: 4:30 AM-1:00 PM). Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment. Our mission is to provide full-circle care with a blend of therapies and safe, effective medications. Our team is the front line in the fight against the opiate epidemic.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous office/administrative experience required
• Experienced in answering telephones, billing, typing or computer word processing, office machine operation, and filing
• Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment

Nice To Haves

• Prefer experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
• Enter customer data and send correspondence
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Perform other duties as assigned
