About The Position

Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Receptionist to join our growing team. Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time Every Other Weekend 10am-2pm, Mondays 8:30am-5pm; On-Call Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or equivalent.
Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors to the facility through all communication.
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
