About The Position

As the Receptionist at Trail Appliances, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience in-person and over the phone. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you play a key role in upholding our commitment to unparalleled customer service, expert advice, and strong family values. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
  • Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly.
  • Guide in-store customers to the correct department or team member.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
