About The Position

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience. Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member, taking thorough messages when needed. Greet guests upon arrival, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member. Communicate with all guests and callers in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner. Support the dealership team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Customer service experience required
