Requirements

  • Experience in a receptionist or front office role (mortgage or financial industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software
  • A team-player attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Answer high volumes of incoming calls, texts, and emails & route them appropriately
  • Manage a busy front desk with efficiency and poise
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room use
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and office supply management
  • Collaborate with loan officers and support staff to ensure seamless client service
