About The Position

RiverCenter Collision is part of the Performance Automotive Network, a well-established, family-owned dealer group with over 50 years of success. We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who is hardworking, self-motivated, and has a friendly personality. Experience as an Office Assistant, Cashier, or Receptionist is helpful. You will handle important clerical, reception, and office support tasks, helping to create a positive and professional environment for our staff and customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be knowledgeable of scanners, fax, and photocopy machines
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• RiverCenter Collision is a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Office Assistant, Cashier, or Receptionist is helpful
• Bilingual Education is a plus but not required
• Cashier experience is a plus but not require

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and adjusters warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Upload files to insurance adjusters as required.
• Perform varied and basic typing, clerical functions.
• Manage phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and direct customer inquiries to appropriate department/personnel.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and post payments.
• Handle customer check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
• Collaborate with office staff to facilitate efficient vehicle flow within the shop.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor / manager
