About The Position

Join the Stokes Family! Stokes is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As the Receptionist, you will create a positive first impression for our customers while providing administrative and customer service support to the dealership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or automotive experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and dealership systems.
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information appropriately.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including Saturdays.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Nice To Haves

Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or automotive experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Schedule and/or assist with customer appointments as needed.
Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated to the appropriate employee.
Assist with customer check-in and direct customers to the appropriate Sales or Service representative.
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with basic administrative duties, filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
Monitor and respond to customer needs while they are waiting.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Protect customer and company information by maintaining confidentiality.
Support the Sales, Service, Parts, and Administrative departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
