About The Position

Our client's mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. They were founded in 2012 and have been revolutionizing the real estate industry with their end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients. They are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join them in one of their Dallas offices! This role involves serving as the face of the office by welcoming guests and providing front desk coverage, answering and transferring calls, assisting with printer support, booking conference rooms, and restocking supplies and the pantry. The goal is to ensure everything is running smoothly and that office standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points
  • Be technologically savvy!
  • Experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in real estate a plus
