Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders.
- Mail distribution.
