About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working as part of a team in an energetic, supportive salon environment, this could be a great fit. This role also includes training to become a Future Stylist Trainee, where you will train on mannequins and learn alongside experienced stylists while completing cosmetology or barbering school, preparing for a future stylist position after graduation and licensure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barbering school.
• Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• A friendly, professional approach to customer service

• The ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a professional salon setting
• No cosmetology or barber license is required for the receptionist position. However, it can be a great opportunity for individuals exploring a future career in the industry to gain salon experience while working toward licensure. Current cosmetology and barber students are encouraged to apply.

• Help maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and a welcoming environment.
