Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: Responsible for serving as the Receptionist. The individual in this role will also provide administrative support to the Inside Sales/Customer Service team as well as Order Entry acknowledgement and process daily credit/debit memo transactions.

  • Receptionist duties
  • Phone system management for incoming calls and providing support to correct party
  • Paging appropriate buildings for contact as needed
  • Holding and transferring calls as needed
  • Taking messages and relaying for parties that cannot be reached
  • Screen all incoming visitors per EHS and ITAR regulations
  • Keep log and track of all visitors
  • Review Customer Purchase Orders to ensure match to TTM order
  • Assist Sales and A/R with invoicing issues
  • Special projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager
  • Must be detail oriented and able to communicate
  • Professional phone skills required
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages.
  • Must be able to adapt and be comfortable with continuous process improvements and a change culture.
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Prior administrative preferred; prior multi-site work experience with 500+ employees a plus.
