Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing.
  • Provide detailed information on treatments, packages, retail products, and promotions.
  • Professionally and courteously handle client inquiries.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to SEV service standards.
  • Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products.
  • Identify client needs and suggest suitable treatments or upgrades.
  • Contribute to clinic sales goals through product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Stay informed about current pricing and promotions.
  • Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments.
  • Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Respond promptly to emails and voicemails.
  • Efficiently use booking and client-management systems.
  • Support scheduling flow and operational updates.
  • Open and close the clinic according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with the cleaning of treatment rooms between clients as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are low.
  • Attend all required service and sales training sessions.
  • Embody SEV service standards and professionalism.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Foster a positive team culture.
