About The Position

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious Homeowners Association Management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large-scale onsite communities, and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of a Part-Time Receptionist for our beautiful property in Oceanside. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Summary: Under supervision of the Recreation Director, greets and handles resident inquiries, requests, at the front desk of the Clubhouse. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and provide administrative support. Why Join Keystone? Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and working on holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • 1-2 years working in an administrative field.
  • High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and handles resident inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Answer Phones and channels calls to appropriate desk.
  • Copying, filing, faxing as needed.
  • Maintains Recreation, Bulletin, Social Club files and the key sign out list.
  • Knowledgeable in all Recreation rules and regulations.
  • Perform closing procedures appropriate to the assigned shift.
  • Post flyers and updates monthly calendars.
  • E-mail Correspondence.
  • Works closely with Security and Maintenance department in case of emergency, general issues, and requests for set-ups.
  • Ability to operate DVD/VCR for movie showings.
  • Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
