Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, answering multi-line phones, providing customer service and administrative support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Proven work experience in a front office position, including busy multi-line phone systems
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn job specific programs
- Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including but not limited to phone, mail, supplies and walk-in visitors.
- Provide administrative support for office and inventory control.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
