Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience
IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
Answer all calls in a timely manner, screening and forwarding, as applicable
Greet all employees, clients and visitors, ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
