About The Position

Holman Motorcars is looking for an enthusiastic part time Receptionist/Greeter to be the face of our company. If you enjoy communicating with customers face to face, online and telephone, we would like to meet you. As our Receptionist/Greeter you will be the first impression of our Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin Brands, working with the Management Team and Client Advisors.

Requirements

Strong computer experience on multiple platforms.
Experience creating reports, data entry, and maintaining CRM Systems.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, marketing events and planning.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional attitude.
An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
Ability to work Mon-Sat with coverage within 8:00am to 7:00pm (Part time)

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
Engage customers to determine their automotive needs.
Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service – WOW customers!
Use premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette.
Assist with Sales Department in clerical duties.
