About The Position

Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Receptionist at Focused Care at Pasadena in Pasadena, TX. This role is crucial for facilitating the screening process for team members, essential visitors, and other essential personnel, and assisting the community with various tasks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Requirements

Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Screening employees and visitors for potential exposure to COVID-19 as they come into the community
Maintain the confidentiality of COVID-19 screening records
Supervise visits with residents
Communicates with residents and family members in a professional and polite manner
Assists with other clerical duties
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance in accordance with facility absence policies.
