About The Position

Forest Hill Heights is seeking a PRN (as-needed) Receptionist to provide coverage in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This position offers flexible scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts available during the following hours: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM. As a healthcare community that operates 365 days a year, we are looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly individual who can step in to cover open shifts as needed. Requirements

• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and flexible availability
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults
• First Aid certification (we will help obtain)
• Clean background
• Physical/PPD

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the community call bell system
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Greeting residents, visitors, and family members
• Providing excellent customer service and support to residents and guests
• Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
