Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous manner
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning and faxing
- Coordinating communication between departments and external partners
