About The Position
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing various front-desk duties in an orthopedic/podiatry setting. This role involves direct patient interaction, administrative tasks, and managing patient check-in and payment processes. Requirements
- Proficiency in using a computer system for patient check-in
- Ability to handle financial transactions (collecting payments and money)
- Skills in scheduling appointments and sending referrals
- Data entry capabilities
