About The Position

The Receptionist is responsible for answering/directing incoming calls, greeting/directing visitors and performing clerical duties.

Requirements

  • Must be customer/client focused with a professional demeanor.
  • Must have strong phone and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and/or refer customer inquiries both on the telephone and in person.
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Provide callers with company information, such as fax number, directions, etc.
  • Makes daily page announcements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients to include vendors, employees, and all other visitors.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front lobby/reception area.
  • Assist HR department with administrative/clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist other personnel as time and knowledge permit.
  • Participate in training and meetings as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
