About The Position

Summer Admissions Fellows are current students responsible for many of the activities related to the efficient operation of the Campus Visit Program & Student Outreach. This includes, but is not limited to, leading campus tours, one-on-one connections with prospective students (in-person, virtually, and written form), phone calls and text to prospective students, assisting in the reception area and visit office, and additional, miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong sense of initiative and self-direction
• A high level of motivation, positive attitude, sense of humor, and service orientation
• An awareness of the needs and aspirations of a highly selective, residential, liberal arts college
• Ability to function well in an atmosphere that promotes teamwork as well as initiative and independence
• Experience using data and technology that contributes to a data-informed enrollment environment

Responsibilities

• Provide daily campus tours to prospective students and parents
• Assist with the front desk operations
• Assist with telephone and visit office work
• Assist during on campus event
• General office duties, including research, data entry, etc.
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned
