About The Position

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, managing front desk operations and delivering a seamless, white-glove healthcare experience. Responsibilities

  • Greets and checks in clients, patients, or visitors warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Manage calendars by booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments accurately.
  • Answer, screen, route, and document incoming calls, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Collect and verify intake information, such as client demographics, records, or insurance details.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area while handling basic clerical tasks like filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Deliver warm, personalized greetings to members, ensuring zero wait times and immediate attention.
  • Act as a dedicated liaison between patients, clinical staff, and internal and external health networks.
  • Handle multi-channel communications (phone, email, MyChart) with flawless professionalism and prompt responses.
  • Maintain absolute patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA privacy laws.
