About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening May 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.

Requirements

• Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate.
• Provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.
