Rehab setting, ensuring the efficient and controlled movement of patients from
registration and check-in to service to check out while supporting the mission
and goals of the department. We need your expertise to keep our community

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Work with others toward a shared purpose or goal by collaborating, partnering, or cooperating with others.
• Greet all Rehabilitation Services patients and visitors upon entering the department.
• Answer incoming calls and route appropriately.
• Prepare new patient charts, registers new outpatients, obtain all pertinent insurance and demographic information, and input all data for the initial visit.
• Track all Patient progress forms and rehab visit statistics
• Maintain clean, safe and efficient treatment areas for patient care
• Track needed and orders supplies, track receipt of orders and organize supply areas
